This is a control style deck which focuses on the card warp world. THe basic strategy is to litter the battlefield with as many permanents as possible, then use warp world and enjoy the fun.
It's mostly a fun deck that isn't very competitive, because the combo (which can go infinite) is tough to pull off and requires a bit of luck as well.
Nevertheless, with all these three star top of the tier decks being played, I thought it'd be fun to check out something new for a change.
